Iron Tonic

50g Nettle

15g Orange Peel

65g Organic dried apricots

65g Goji berries

12.5ml Rumex crispus tincture (curled dock)

1 Bottles of  organic red wine or Cider Vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together in a large jar and leave to infuse for 3 weeks, strain put in brown bottles and store in the fridge.

Take 10ml twice a day.
